In collaboration with The Boys and Girls Club of Providence, n|e|m|d is developing plans to renovate and expand their Wanskuck Clubhouse to meet the evolving needs of the community.
The existing Boys and Girls Club of Providence’s Branch Avenue location provides before and after school programs, as well as educational and emotional support services, to approximately 100 students from seven local neighborhood schools. Their mission is to enable and inspire youth, especially those from diverse or difficult circumstances, to reach their full potential, becoming healthy, productive, and responsible members of society.
The modernized club will foster and support new generations of our youth, setting them on a firm footing for their future. By providing each student with a road map to become their best selves, The Club hopes to instill in Club Members a desire to pay it forward to their families, their communities, and others they meet along the way.
